Chevin is a leading, global provider of dedicated Fleet Management solutions. Our software is used in over 30 countries worldwide. We provide solutions to the public, utility and corporate sectors as well as government and NGO operations of every size.
Chevin's team of management, software development, sales, support and administration work closely together. Our aim is to provide complete customer satisfaction on a very personal level and sales and support contact is usually progressed from start to completion by the same member of staff.
Chevin were pleased to be recognised by the ITM (Institute of Transport Management) with an award for Best Fleet Management Software. This represents a significant achievement as ITM members and Fleet Management specialists, who use the software on a daily basis, voted for the award. In addition we are working towards the latest BS EN ISO 9001: 2002 Quality standard.

Chevin staff work closely together to achieve one goal: complete customer satisfaction. Customers are our priority and we aim to keep them satisfied. We have a good record of long-standing customers and that is why we have a customer care system in place to ensure that they remain so.
Support
We have a dedicated team to help you if problems arise or you have any questions - no matter how trivial they may seem. We are able to resolve over 85% of issues during the first call. We use a telephone help desk and the team use 'jargon-free' language - not tech-speak!
Training
Our dedicated specialist training team are here to meet all your requirements, from inductions on how to use the systems, to refresher courses, to more experienced module training. We work with our clients to build customised packages to suit their needs and courses can be held either on site or at our offices.
Updates
We provide all support contract holders with free updates as our software is continually upgraded. Updates are available either by CD, e-mail or can be downloaded from our website and are fully automated. They include a "What's New" document describing all upgrades and amendments included in the new version, ensuring your software is always up-to-date.
Project Management
All FleetWave® customers will be assigned a Project Manager who will oversee the whole implementation process - from the initial order through to handover. They will also provide pre-installation support and guidance. Our experienced personnel are dedicated to creating a solution to meet all your individual needs.
